In case the product received is the wrong product
At Divyshringar, our aim is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied. In case of wrong/damaged product received, we will provide refund 100% of the product cost if we are intimated at email@example.com with order ID details and the image (condition of the received product) within 7 days of the delivery. We will arrange the reverse pick up. And the refund will be made within 30 days of receipt and inspection of the goods. Divyshringar will also bear the return shipping cost for any wrong/damaged product delivered. All we ask is that the product(s) bereturned unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original box packaging. Divyshringar reserves the right to reject any return request if the product looks used.
